  2. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  4. Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or bespoke products made to your specifications.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Digital products or services once delivered.

  • Fees paid for services rendered, including consultancy, design, or development services.

Refund Process

  2. Approval and Return: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at connect@ilakshi.xyz.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
